WHAT IS HYPNOSIS?
Hypnosis is a natural state of deep relaxation in which the mind becomes especially receptive to positive suggestions and inner change. In this state, limiting thoughts and emotions can gently be transformed into supportive, strengthening inner resources. This often leads to greater ease, calm, and a renewed sense of self – with positive effects on the body, mind, and everyday life.
WHAT DOES
HYPNOSIS DO?
Our brain functions in different frequency ranges, depending on our state of consciousness. In our everyday, alert state, brainwaves typically operate in the beta range (approx. 14–30 Hz). During hypnosis, brain activity slows down into deeper, more calming frequencies – known as alpha, theta, or delta waves. These states are measurable and allow the body to sink into deep, restorative relaxation. Heart rate and blood pressure normalize, the nervous system calms, and the body’s natural ability to regenerate is activated. Pain can be significantly reduced – and sometimes completely resolved – through hypnosis.
Especially in today’s fast-paced world, where chronic stress often goes unnoticed for years, hypnosis can offer powerful support. Because the body usually only sends signals when we’ve ignored the inner voice for too long.

THE SUBCONSIOUS MIND
Our conscious mind makes up only about 5% of our thoughts and actions. The remaining 95% is controlled by the subconscious – the part of us that works quietly in the background. When we realize how little we consciously perceive, it becomes clear how much untapped potential lies within us – and how powerfully it can be accessed through hypnosis.
-
Why do we react the way we do in certain situations?
-
What silently weighs us down in daily life?
-
Which thought patterns shape how we see the world?
-
Is the glass half empty – or half full?
-
Are hidden fears holding you back?
Many symptoms and behaviors are rooted in the subconscious – in stored memories, emotions, or protective mechanisms. Once these patterns become conscious, they can be gently understood and transformed.
But hypnosis can do even more:
It can also allow us to re-experience beautiful past moments – sometimes even more vividly than the first time. This can be deeply energizing, bringing joy and emotional strength – and making it easier to create positive change.
WHEN CAN
HYPNOSIS HELP?
Some of the most common areas where hypnosis can be supportive:
-
Strengthening self-confidence and self-worth
-
Supporting the body’s natural healing capacity
-
Mental and physical stabilization
-
Fears, blocks, phobias
-
Processing trauma
-
Learning difficulties & concentration
-
Stress reduction & deep relaxation
-
Performance enhancement in sports
-
Preparing for specific events (e.g. exams, surgeries, public speaking)

WHAT HAPPENS
DURING A SESSION?
Each session begins with a detailed conversation to understand your needs and intentions.
After that, I gently guide you into the relaxing state of hypnosis.
Throughout the entire session, you remain fully conscious and in control of your body and thoughts.
In fact, your senses become even more aware – you’ll hear every sound and perceive your surroundings clearly.
In this state, it’s possible – if desired – to access deeper memories, such as from childhood, or to reconnect with your inner self.
You always decide what you want to share, and you can end the hypnotic state at any time.
Your body already knows this state well – you naturally experience it every day, just before falling asleep and just before waking up.
